All Colonial Model Sizes included a Doggy Door, Internal wall, floor (standing 3.5 inches off the ground), ceiling, electrical panel, external light,sash window, pitched roof (and shingles), 3 switches, stained/painted wood siding, wood frame, insulated floor ceiling & walls, internal light electrical plug (leading to the House), Rear hatch for human entry, linoleum (for easy cleaning) and trim related items.

It is our best built unit and our favorite.
